Free Shipping Promotion Rules

Free shipping offer applies to any US order over $25 and excludes Beard Club Purchases.

Lucky Scruff proudly process and ships all US orders via USPS Priority Mail the same day you order. If a product is available to purchase with no backorder notification at checkout, we have the product ready to ship to you. USPS Priority Mail arrives to most continental US locations in 2-3 days. International and APO/FPO/DPO orders also ship USPS same day, but shipping times vary from 10 to 30 days.Tracking for all orders is available through your account management page if you are a registered customer, otherwise please refer to your shipping notification email for your tracking number.

If your country is not currently available for selection at checkout, please contact us to request a shipping quote and we will happily add your country to selection! 

*Customs processing times vary from country to country. Due to the complexity of international laws and taxes, we do not include those fees in orders. You are responsible for any local customs and duties on your order. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If an order is refused, then you are still responsible for the original shipping expenses, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs or taxes incurred in shipping.
